We are so excited to announce a new product - SOAR units! These units engages students by captivating their attention with stimulating activities that include multiple academic disciplines.SOAR - Stimulating Opportunities Academic RigorEvery unit includes EASY to read lesson plans, non fiction articles and/or fictional texts, Test Your Thinking Skills questions based off of standardized test questions, a hands on activity, and content learning across science, social studies, art and/or math. Our goal in creating these units was to captivate students to want to learn through exciting topics and stimulating activities, all the while teaching them critical thinking skills that prepare them not only for state tests, but for being productive people in society. This month, our first two SOAR units launch - Presidents Unit Our first two SOAR units for February are up and perfect for this month! -US Presidents Part 1 (perfect for President's Day!)-Feed the Birds (perfect for Bird Month in February!)Let's make learning fun!

Did you see my BEEutiful video last week about the bees we discovered?! If not, let me catch you up. My aunt found 30,000 (yep!) honey bees in her chimney!! But don’t worry, we aren’t going to hurt them! We are working on safely transporting them to a bee house where they can continue doing their bee thing!
Because I love all animals and insects (well, mostly) we are starting to Save the Bees! Be sure to follow along all summer...it’s going to be an adventure!
