Members of VMSA-IVSA actively participated in the 𝐈𝐕𝐒𝐀 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 (𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐇) 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 in honor of 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲.

VMSA-IVSA volunteers gathered at View Deck in Musuan and participated in the planting of a variety of tree species, supporting the more general objectives of sustainability and environmental preservation. Enhancing local biodiversity, reducing the effects of climate change, and encouraging environmentally conscious behavior were the goals of this project. The occasion also aimed to increase public awareness of the value of environmental education and the essential role that trees play in preserving a thriving ecosystem.

The participants showed a strong commitment to creating a more sustainable and greener future for the community and future generations by working together.

A successful 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧-𝐮𝐩 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 of 𝐕𝐌𝐒𝐀-𝐈𝐕𝐒𝐀 was carried out with the aim of encouraging sustainability and environmental preservation.

The event's main goals were waste reduction, ecosystem protection, and increasing public awareness of how vital it is to keep natural areas hygienic and safe. In order to protect the surrounding environment for local residents and wildlife, participants from a variety of groups banded together to clear the region of trash and rubbish. In addition to making Musuan Base instantly cleaner, this team effort made it clear that ongoing environmental responsibility is required.

The volunteers' participation in this program contributed to the development of a common commitment to protecting the environment for future generations and a sense of environmental stewardship.

During their time as utlings, they showed unwavering dedication, perseverance, and commitment to the organization's ideals. The Striking Cobras embodied the values of leadership, unity, and resilience, embodying the essence of what it means to be a member of the family. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐎𝐋𝐒 🐢

On January 11 and 12, members of the VMSA-IVSA participated in the 𝙍𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙍𝙚𝙚𝙛: 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 , “Sea Turtle Ambassador” program hosted by Curma. This 40-hour course emphasized the importance of sea turtle conservation through small, meaningful actions within our communities. As a result, the pioneering batch of ambassadors gained valuable insights into how human activities impact sea turtle populations and their ecosystems.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Curma, International Veterinary Students' Association Philippines, and all other sponsors for making this event possible. It was a truly enriching and rewarding experience for our members to be part of such a significant initiative.

Once again, congratulations to the pioneering Sea Turtle Ambassadors of Curma. We are immensely proud to have our members included in this remarkable program dedicated to protecting the environment.

During the Veterinary Medicine Career Guidance and Environmental Conservation Seminar, we discussed:
