Georgia Wildlife Network was closed but Hurricane Helene had other plans...

Wildlife will be blown from trees and may be injured/orphaned during the upcoming storm. Please text us if you find wildlife that needs a hand so we can connect you to one of Georgia's amazing licensed rehabbers who are making preparations as you're reading this. 🐾 If roads are impassable, rehabbers can give instructions for what to do for the animal until it can be taken in for care.

Make sure all pets are indoors in advance of the storm as well. Everyone, please be safe. 💞

Repaired the cross this weekend. Termites got to it and it needed some repair. Going to repaint it white with black letters and paws.
