2Odd Dogs are good for all types of weather and all types of dogs - grumpy pugs who don't enjoy cold snowy mornings and enthusiastic mutts like Dixie who love the frigid temps and white clumps. Happy Sunday from Dixie and Elliot this morning.

Lucky dog.

Elliot was diagnosed with mange just a couple weeks after he came to us from the rescue group. He was in rough shape for a while, but never looked anywhere as bad as this dog.

Just goes to show what a little love and patience can do.

Just finished this survey on dog aggression (or, more accurately, our perception of dog aggression).

“There are three specific elements that we can look at to aid our assessment of aggressive behaviour in dogs – motivation, emotion, and context – but these haven’t been systematically explored scientifically," said Mie Kikuchi, one of the study's creators and a PhD student at the University of Lincoln’s School of Life Sciences.

“We hope the information gathered by our survey will help us to guide people so that they can recognise the causes of aggressive behaviour in dogs, and perhaps contribute to the discussion around how we should deal with HDAB (human-directed aggressive dog behaviour)."

Lynn and her staff were early testers of our leashes and helped us fine tune our designs.
