The Pop-Up Rescue Project was an idea that turned into a miracle thanks to the contributions of hundreds of kind-hearted people that stepped up to help in a wide variety of ways to save over 180 dogs and give them a chance at a happy life.

DESPERATELY looking for a foster or forever for Brandi! She has been living the kennel life for way too long and all she wants is a home and people to be with. We NEED to get her in a home for Christmas.

This sweet girl needs a home with no cats. She gets along with most dogs. Would need proper introductions but would love to find the right dog sibling to live with.

She is fully vetted, approx 2.5-3 years old. Smaller In size at approx 40lbs.

With love, patience and proper guidance this girl will be the perfect pet for your family.

LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL FOSTER OR ADOPTER Peekaboo is a special little soul who’s been through more than a puppy should ever experience, he’s full of potential and ready for a fresh start. Peekaboo has been working hard at the Paws Republic Training Center to overcome his fears and build confidence. His past trauma means he’s a bit unsure around people, but he’s slowly learning that humans can be kind and loving. Peekaboo still has a long journey ahead but he’s making great progress, and everyday brings him closer to trusting those around him. While he’s timid around new people, his heart opens up completely around other dogs. Peekaboo hasn’t met a dog he didn’t love and thrives on playtime with his canine companions. He’s sweet, gentle, and eager to learn, especially when treats are involved. Peekaboo would do best in a calm and patient home that understands his history and is ready to offer him the time and space he needs to feel secure.

Peekaboo is on the lookout for a forever home that will allow him to grow and feel secure at his own pace maybe with the help of a cat or a dog friend :) . If you’re ready to show this sweet boy some love and give him the family he deserves, come see for yourself what a wonderful boy he is!

We have been waiting to make this post since Jan 30th! 310 days to be exact! Everyone who knows this special guy knows how amazing today is. Charlie has found his forever home! The past 11 months have brought all of us who love him so much, lots of sorrow and tears hoping our boy would find someone to love him like we all do. Well our tears have turned to happy ones! Lots of happy ones!! Charlie has a wonderful home with two of the most wonderful paw parents, a 4 legged big sister and grandchildren to play fetch with. Beds to sleep in, a couch to watch tv on. Everything we prayed and wished upon a star for!! We want to give a special thank you to Stephanie @stephaniepawluk who was Charlie's special person who worked with him daily while he waited for his home. 🐶 Happy gotcha day buddy! Love you lots. Enjoy every bit of the happiness we all wished for you❤️❤️❤️

Update on our sweet boy Bear. Here he is in his very own kennel and comfy pad. Have been told that he loves his green pad so much that he pulls it out of kennel so he can lay on it on the floor. Meet Wheezy (Chiko) ! This little one came into the Pop-Up looking for love and a home! He found a wonderful human but recent circumstances have him looking for a new place to grow and thrive. This boy is only 4-5 months and was diagnosed with Laryngeal Paralysis shortly after going home which means he’s in need of a calm, secure environment that can keep an eye on him most of the time and without too much hustle and bustle. He loves to snuggle, play and toys are awesome but his excitement level needs to be maintained as his little body can go into respiratory distress. He can have a surgery for this when he’s older but until then he just needs an attentive owner who likes to give belly rubs when he gets over excited, give medication once a day and eat wet food. He’s a precious little fart who can thrive and will in the right hands. Foster, foster to adopt, adopt - any of the previous would be great as this little one is worth it.
