Luigi seemed to like hanging upside down like a bat and then wiggling around

On 24th September 2019 We welcomed Luigi a Senegal parrot into Our home.
My friends relative was trying to find Him a new home.I messaged Them quite a few times asking for more info.I then got to the point that I felt I had to take Him due to how many questions I'd asked.

Just wanted to give a big welcome to all new followers
