This is a recipe to turn your food scraps into delicious cookies, made during the LIKA "Circular Pet Snack" workshop in Barcelona.
Ingredients:
80% protein (leftover meat, chicken, bones, marrow, egg shells, animal fat, fish, ...)
15% vegetables
5% flour
Preparation process:
Grind everything together, adding a little water if necessary, until you have a consistent paste.
Spread the dough into silicone molds.
Put everything in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Store the cookies in a glass jar.
