Little Homestead on the Hill - Foster Life and Country Living This page began with a special dog named Foster. Kash, or theTiny Terrier, 9 year old Mini Schnauzer and fun police. Brinks & Debit - a pair of lovely parakeets.

Since then, it has become a shared journey of our lives as animal foster parents, the animals that call this place home, and getting back to nature on our little homestead on the hill. Foster, the dog who started this page, is a 5.5 year old Doberman Pinscher, adopted from the PEI Humane Society in April 2016. Raised by a loving breeder before making his way to us. Zuma, or the Tiny Zoomie, 2 year

old Schnauzer mix, and captain of the fun squad, adopted from the PEIHS in summer of 2018 as a puppy. Keeper, 2 year old Affenpinscher, aka the Tiny Muppet, adopted from the PEIHS in May 2019 after having been fostered through his recovery from malnutrition and foreleg amputation. Keeper is equal parts shy and s**t disturber. The adventurous Brinks came into our lives after being caught flying and fluttering about in the middle of a movie theater parking lot. Debit came a little bit later as an intentionally-selected companion for Brinks.
