Cerebellum Hypoplasia
Ping and Pong, 2 tabby males with Cerebellum Hypoplasia. They were born with it, its genetic and the only way they know how to live. They are wobbly and roly poly but they play, eat, use the litter box just like any regular cat!
They are up for adoption but must go together because they are a bonded pair.
One of our new little guys!!!
This guy came to us in pretty rough shape. His eyes were stuck shut with puss, his nose was sealed with puss, he was skinny as a rail, cold and just lifeless. It was like, despite those that wanted to help him,he was just giving up.
WELL… 24 hours made a HUGE difference! His eyes are open with regular cleanings ( and little help from some medicated drops). His nose still needs to be picked and the green goo still drains from his nose. But with constant cleaning and attention it’s getting less and less. He was being syringe fed every 2 hours as not to overwhelm his tiny body and send him into shock since he was so thin. He now eats by himself. Because he can smell the food. He wants the food and he’s hungry!
I am so happy with this little man and I want him to keep moving forward. I just don’t have a name for him yet. I’m going to have to find one that suits him. When I put him back in the kennel after feeding he started purring and melted my heart. This little one is a fighter and he’s got me in his corner as long as he needs me!
Messy kittens! Supper was good and then it was bath time!
Kiara and Kovu liked their supper!!!
Duchess’ kittens are getting bigger! They were born on November 13th!!
This is Nutmeg, our newest. He is VERY skittish, we think he was traumatized by something. It's going to be slow going with him, getting him to relax.
Playing with him is Ginger. When we got her she had such a nasty eye infection it scarred her eyes permanently. She also had a reaction to the medication. Ginger is TINY- her growth was stunted. She is between 4 and 5 months old but still weighs less than 2 pounds. So we will work with her, get her growing and then spay her. She may be small, but shes definitely not defenceless!!
Kenzie (the kitten) is part of the rescue. The bigger cat, Jinx, is mine. I guess Jinx decided Kenzie needed to have a bath... and Kenzie was happy to have one! These guys are adorable!
Graffitti, the multi colored one, and Chaos are really growing fast! They'll be 4 weeks on October 19th and doing well! Soon they'll be ready for their fur ever homes! Pm myself for more information.
