Project Kenny Dog Trainer
My son, Bobby, was a decorated Green Beret that served in Afghanistan, Iraq and numerous other countries. We’ll never know why he committed su***de, but PTSD and/or Brain Injury were probably factors in his su***de. In honor of my son and to help fellow veterans, I became a PTSD Service Dog trainer.
Prior to dog-training, I served 20 years in the Air Force and 11 years as a Special Education Teacher. My background in teaching individuals with special needs has uniquely equipped me to work with both dogs and clients that will benefit from a specially trained dog. I attended Dog Psychology class and PTSD Service Dog training through This Able Veteran. I am also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA)
I volunteer full-time for Project Kenny to raise and train service dogs. I’m honored to be part of their team.
