A weekend for the books!! From NYC to Kentucky….it was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had!

We were contacted about a month ago from NBC asking if we would be interested in having our puppies on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The answer was an immediate YES!

We traveled to NYC with 12 (yes you read that right…12) puppies (via private plane ✈️). The puppies were used in the “Puppy Predictors” skit where they predicted the winner of the 2024 Kentucky Derby. Our puppies predicted that Sierra Leone would win and boy were they close…by a nose!!!! 🐎

Southland Goldens “head trainer” LUKE made the trip too! He got to see the Statue of Liberty, the famous toy store and of course a slice of New York City pizza.

After the NYC skit we jumped on a plane to head to the Kentucky Derby with the winning puppy. We spent the day at the Derby with Jimmy Fallon…I can honestly say he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We met a lot of famous people- even Travis Kelsey. The puppy became a huge hit…thankfully we were surrounded by security everywhere we went because “derby dog” quickly became famous! 🤩
