Meet Lulu! She has been a patient with us since November and has been working on conditioning and injury prevention. In this week’s therapy session, she worked on core-strengthening exercises on her mini skateboard with the help of her therapy team.

Mom said a piece of her heart was broken today. I hope she knows I will always be with her. We had an instant connection the second we saw each other. I must have not even been 6 mths old when I arrived at TVA from Glen Highland farm. I quickly became Mom's shadow, following her to work and "helping" her with exams. I was a great assistant until I turned about a year and half old and then I didn't really care for other dogs.....Mom always said I became a typical female bitchy BC, whatever that means. I then found my love for all fast moving creatures, fox, deer, horses, cats etc. I was known as Thera-Vet's little helper, and even had my own page. But my heart and soul was watching my horses. Mom just kept getting more and more brown ones (it was our little secret that Dad couldn't tell them apart). I didn't really care for my two or four legged siblings, but loved our daily hikes and I knew that I was mom's favorite sidekick. I'll miss the farm smells and the different smells mom brought home with her everyday after work. I too lost a piece of my heart today, but I know that mom and I will always be together. Thanks for all the wonderful memories TVA. I love each and every one of you. I had a great 14 year run. Stay positive and Bitchy!
