Our Story
TEARS is helping small rescuers recover after Hurricane Maria damaged their kennels by offering transportation and handling services of pets flying from Puerto Rico to the US. Portions of those proceeds go to the purchasing of building products, veterinary and transportation costs.
We also help with information and resource sharing. Our organization is growing and we are looking to expand in ways that will further assist the people that rescue foster and adopt out pets. Coming soon we hope to have an official website to centralize new information so keep checking back and watching for announcements.
