Perfected by one of our favorite chefs in Tucson, Arizona - this microgreen margarita is not only amazing, but with the help of 1/4 teaspoon of MiracleMicrogreens™ hidden inside, it has a full 1.5 servings of veggies per glass!

Recipe:
- 2 parts good blanco tequila
- 1 part _must be fresh squeezed_ citrus blend (equal parts lime, lemon, orange)
- 1 part top-quality orange liquor, Cointreau or other
- 1/4 teaspoon MiracleMicrogreens (www.miraclemicrogreens.com)

Shake dry in a shaker then pour over ice in a salt rimmed glass, or shake with ice and serve up in a martini glass rimmed with salt.

We've been quietly working extremely hard these many months to launch our newest freeze-dried microgreens powder - Miracle Microgreens™. After lots of surveys, chats with you - our amazing Farm Family - and a ton of R&D, we think we got it right. A blend of the USDA's highest nutrient microgreens, including some which have been inaccessible to the consumer market until now.

If you have a moment, please have a look at the new website. We soft launched it the other day, so if you see anything that needs a bit of TLC, please let us know. We'll soon be ramping things up over the coming weeks, so keep an eye out and feel free to spread word to those you think will benefit from a little more green in their lives :-)

As part of the process, we had to say a sad goodbye to our other microgreens blends that you've enjoyed in the past, as well as our fresh greens delivery, but it's for a good cause. This 180-calorie, super-filling, egg white has a full USDA serving of leafy greens in it, from 1/4 teaspoon of our powdered microgreens mixed into the eggs! Just 1/4 teaspoon is equivalent to a full USDA serving of leafy greens - and the flavor is so mild it disappears in anything. Very different than all the other greens powders you see, which require multiple large scoops and taste like...meh 😊 -- plus you get the added functional benefits that only microgreens can provide!

This is headed out today to a customer with a who is a super picky eater and does not like . 1/4 teaspoon of our microgreens in a PB&J is a full serving of greens, and disappears unnoticed in things like ketchup, mac & cheese, popsicles, juice, eggs, you name it! 🌱💚💪
