Meet Hank

Due to unimaginable tragic life circumstances, Hank’s human mom has made the decision to selflessly let him go so that he will be taken care of properly for the rest of his life. She has had him since he was a puppy, he recently turned 10. Hank is one of those bullies who could fit in almost anywhere. He has reached pro level status as a napper. He is a passive boy and hasn’t met a dog he didn’t like. His mom was a nanny for years so Hank grew up around children. He is crate trained and potty trained and will let you know that he needs to go out by barking a few times by the door. Recently, his mom had to be away for a bit so she arranged for the neighbor to care for him. When she came back, she found Hank with open wounds around his back legs. It appears his back legs were bound. With the help of Blue Ridge alumnus Amber’s parents, Chris and Gordon, we are getting Hank to the vet today for those wounds to be addressed. That hasn’t phased Hank though, he is still his happy, lovable self. The only possible flaw, if you would even call it that, is that he is not a fan of nail trims and he will let you know that. We will need to get his vetting up to date once we get him moved to his new home. No cats. If you live within 6 hours of Hendersonville, NC, have kids who are 6 or older (who know how to properly respect a dog’s space), and can offer Hank a loving home, please reach out to our main inbox or Lisa Taubman Blount directly.

Hey all it's been awhile since I've made a post! Mom lost access to her page then a few Life changes we went through. She moved to Kentucky had to leave me in Florida for 3 months but guess what!
She came and got me!
I have a beagle sister now and a border beagle brother, I also have a border collie brother, sister and a bunch of cat friends and cows and even a donkey!
Boy this place is a zoo 😂😂
