Daisy mae very rarely gets on a lead because she doesn't like it. But today I thought we'd give it another try. After a bit of an argument with her wanting to hold the lead, I won. Now it's grandma's turn to hold her lead for the remainder of the walk.

Brian and I took Daisy and Hershey for a drive to town today for a good wash.
Now they are tired out.

Hershey hit a milestone in his commands today. We will see if it continues.
Every time someone walks past our gate, it's a given that they will run down to the gate for a hello bark.
Ive been very slowly teaching him to come when called and to stop barking. Today, I let them bark a couple of times and then called Daisy to come, only to be ignored. So I called Hershey to come. I was very surprised that he stopped in his tracks and came running. Only had to call him three times. He got lots of hugs and love for obeying the command. This happened twice in about 15 min gap.

Cilley loves to wait for Eric to bring the car to her, so she can drive to the gate then go for a run.

I'm sorry, but If you don't have one of our poodles and are thinking about it - stop thinking. Just buy Cilleys last ever remaining pup and you won't regret it. - THEY ARE SO SMART. All our dogs are crate trained (incl. Cadbury that is available right now) So, as you all are aware by now, Cilley is desexed and for the week that she had her cone on, she slept in my room on a dog bed. Well, she has been in the crate for the last week now. Tonight I kid you not, she literally asked to sleep in my room... We were sitting on the lounge and I just said "I think I will go to bed" cilley jumped off the lounge and went to mum (she does this when she doesn't want to go to bed), but grandma doesn't pay attention to her, so she jumps over to Eric. We are trying to figure out what she wants, maybe she does want to go to bed. Eric puts her in the crate, but straight out she comes. Poppy Eric puts cherry in the crate and gets the other one, but nope, cilley won't have it. She jumps up to grandma and stares at Eric and I. "Do you want to come to bed with me Cilley" I ask. Immediately she jumps down and runs outside to get to my room - meanwhile I'm still in the loungeroom talking to Eric 😂. Cilleys crate is never in my room, she chose to sleep in my room on the dog bed and she wasnt happy when it wasn't in there. 😂 I'm not really sorry when I say "We have the smartest dogs" 🥰 (video is a few weeks old)

Trying to tidy up a spare room ready for Christmas decorating. - yes, our household has started! This pile of papers is rubbish and Cadbury is helping me cleanup. Video isn't very good as he didn't want evidence of him cleaning. 😂 (Unfortunately my phone doesn't allow me to post videos and photos, so please check the comments attached) Please message me if you would be interested in choosing Cadbury

Turning my back on my dog and she gives me a lovely scratch right where I was itchy. 🤪
