💡Appointment Policy Reminder💡
Please note all cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice, otherwise a full charge for your appointment will be sent.
I have also had an uptick of people rearranging appointments recently. Whilst I understand that life happens and plans change, it takes a lot of admin time to accommodate this, especially on busy days when I have multiple clients and a route already set. I always endeavour to plan appointments to suit everyone’s needs, which often leads me to working later evenings and lots of miles, but this comes at a cost to me too, so please appreciate this before asking for last minute changes.
Additionally, when you book an appointment with me, please make an effort to put it in your own diary too. It wouldn’t be acceptable for me to not turn up because I ‘forgot’, or to message last minute asking when you’re booked in for, so I shouldn’t be having to do it the other way.
I really hate to moan but over the last day alone I have spent a lot of time reorganising my diary due to last minute requests. Due to this, I may now need to start implementing deposits upon booking, which I am going to review and possibly implement from the New Year.
