Fluffy dogs generally donβt get as much love on my page, which I find really unfortunateβ¦ I mean would you just look at this happy cloud??
Fitness is not an aesthetic. Not all fit dogs will look like a ripped APBT with muscles bulging out
Being physically fit means to perform moderate-intense physical activity without undue exhaustion or stress on the body
I believe people focus too much on what a fit dog βshouldβ look like, and not enough on how they can actually perform when push comes to shove. Itβs easy to take a look at one photo and think βthat dog doesnβt have enough spine coverage so therefore it isnβt a good example of a fit dogβ. Do you personally know what the dog is physically capable of? Are you aware of any conformational faults that dog has that affects the way it looks? What if the dog is a hard keeper? None of these things bar a dog from being fit, theyβre simply challenges
