Looks like we made the right call, moving the date of Lorain County Pit Crews 10th Annual Freedom Ride 2026. The chance of storms this Saturday has now went from 70% to 90%. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that everyone can still come out to support us on Saturday, August 29th. We can’t help pets without your help and support. It is life or death to many ❤️

FREEDOM RIDE 2026 is coming up fast! Get your tickets now if you plan to come and would like a steak or Vegan dinner. 

**You can still get into the event for $10 at the gate there will not be any Steak Fry or Vegan dinners sold the day of the event. You must have a ticket ahead of time for that portion. 

**Fin Feather Fur is helping to sponsor this year‘s event. They will be there with their booth and doing gun raffles or store merchandise raffles - your choice if you win!

We have tons of other amazing raffles as well, including some awesome tools, a crown royal basket with huge bottles of crown not the standard size all different flavors, a super BadAss cooler donated from a liquor distributor filled with booze, of course, pet prizes, coffee shop baskets, too many to list … pictures coming soon of some of our raffles. 

We have lots of cool Vendors including Ohio Holistic Healthcare, LLC, Enchanted Fox Jewelry, The Painted Horse Hut with their cool skull designs, Hailey’s creations and more…

Drones will go out again during daylight at some point if anyone sees this dog anywhere or with someone in the Toledo area, please call the numbers right away. **UPDATE** Thank you everyone! They are all set now. Rachel & Duchess now have five 5 fans and are doing a lot better and should be able to make it through the heat wave. Thanks to all of you who ran and brought fans to help them ❤️** !!

Does anyone have any fans that they could deliver to Elyria? Rachel, who adopted Duchess is in an apartment there and the AC is not working and her and Duchess are both having a hard time. Duchess is a senior boxer mix who already had a bad stroke last year. I don’t know if she can handle this. We may need someone to go get her and transport her to our kennel where she can be in the AC until this passes and give Rachel a ride to a friend‘s house or something.
