Fighting Dog Abandonement in the South of Spain
Alora Dog Rescue was created by Simone Jaspers and son Dylan to help with the growing abandonment of dogs in the south of Spain.
Having worked many years with various other dog rescues, we wanted to create a special place as an inbetween home and to help locate forever homes for the dogs we find in the Malaga area. All dogs are seen by a vet immediately on arrival to assess their medical condition and needs, and we spend a lot of time getting to know these dogs in order to help place them in the right forever homes.
There is a small adoption fee which includes transport for us to get the dog to you in Europe whether it be the Netherlands, UK, Belgium, France or another country. One of our main goals since the shelter is small is to expand it in size so we are able to help more dogs in this area find a great forever home with a loving family in another part of Europe.
All potential adopting families are screened so we can be sure these loving animals get placed in good homes which is what they deserve. We also accept volunteers for weekly up to monthly stays to come and help us onsite!
