The Dog Agility Shop
The Dog Agility Shop is a privately operated company based out of Upstate New York which began as a hobby in 2009 and has quickly grown over the years. In 2016, the company became a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and now sells dog agility equipment to customers worldwide.
In 2017, The Dog Agility Shop made the national stage when we were approached by the producers of Animal Planet’s ‘Pet Nation Renovation’ to collaborate on the makeover of the nearly 100 year old San Gabriel Valley Humane Society in California.
To this very day, every single order goes right across the desk of the owner who is involved in every step of the business process. No customer is treated as a “number” or a sales quota. EACH customer gets individualized attention regardless if the customer is just looking for advice or a $200 piece of equipment.
We at The Dog Agility Shop believe that the key to a great business is the service AFTER the sale. Any company can sell a product. What comes after the sale is what counts. We stand behind each and every one of our products and are PROUD to produce them in house and in the USA!
