M joined for part of the leg (Margam to Ogmore 16miles) and iconic finale at stepping stones where he swam and snorkeled.

Off to the river early doors, and bonus dip given current heat. Not sure he likes it? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Super windy river walk….the noise was pretty intense and one huge ‘thundercrack’ with large bow falling close to a house (on the island) - got a thumbs up from that family on phone that all were ok as I passed. (Turn sound on)
