Several members of the Sierra Club visited Off-Grid Greens this weekend. I'm thrilled they picked OGG as part of their weekend festivities. Everything was looking good. Kale, lettuce, Bok Choi, Arugula and three trays of microgreens. The lettuce, Bok Choi, and Arugula were at 28 days growth. The microgreens were at six days. Looking for greens? Let me know.

On 8/4, I planted 12 mini Romaine and 12 Mesclun. Stay tuned. They should be ready in 28 days! I've never grown this Romaine before. I hope it does well with this method!

I just harvested 24 servings of Salad Bowl Blend. Looks great and tastes delicious! Growing in this method takes up very little space and if you use growing lights, you can grow this much with one light.

Just started some Salad Bowl Blend and Rouge d'Hiver. Ready in about 28 days.

One jar can make two large salads. I added arugula for a little zest. I have more jars of lettuce ready, and some spicy microgreens are almost finished. Samples are available if you are local.

December 24, 2023. The kale is beating the broccoli by a long shot. We added heat pads to the bottom to see if we could speed up the growth. It doesn't get over 50° when the sun isn't shining.
