Puppies need a lot of patience and even more when it comes to the grooming service, the first appointment is the most important because that will determine if they will like it or not. You can’t do it in a hurry, nor force them to accept any instrument. Do what you can do and if they are stressed, take a break. Explaining the process to the owners, so they understand that the puppy may not be perfect but the most important thing is that they are happy when they leave.
