A: It's simple! First, we'll scan your pet to make sure they don't already have a microchip. Then, we'll check the chip we're about to place to make sure it's working. While we distract your pet with treats or a toy, we'll insert the microchip into your pet's neck scruff using a needle. Finally, we'll double-check the chip is working and make sure it's placed properly!
