Since 2003 I have worked hard behind the scenes to get great homes for Boxers in need, so almost all of my posts are of dogs that I've been lucky enough to re-home. Sometimes I need that bit of help and will post photos and a story of a Boxer that needs a special new home. For anyone in the unfortunate position of having to give up a dog, rest assured that I will do my utmost to get the best possi

ble home for every dog that comes to me - I love all Boxers and want them to be in great Boxer homes! I keep a waiting list of experienced Boxer families that would love another Boxer but don't necessarily want to go through the puppy or young dog stage. Anyone that would like to get on this list is invited to phone me so that I can get as much pertinent information as I can to enable a smooth transition for both dog and new home. Not everyone who makes it to my list will end up with a dog - luckily for the breed they are very well loved by families, so only in extreme circumstances are they given up - often due to work commitments or an upsetting change of lifestyle. I will always keep in touch during the first few weeks and months of adoption, to ensure all is going well - but as I put a lot of time and effort into finding great homes and matching both dog and family - I usually get great reports! I am always on hand - be it by phone, facebook or email to help in any situation.

RE-HOMED❤️‼️Hoping we can all pause to take a good look at ‘Pawz’ - isn’t she lovely?!❤️👍🐾‼️ This gorgeous girl will be 7 years old in March and is looking for a great new Boxer home. The lovely Toby recently went off to his new Boxer home with long time Boxer folk 👍🐾‼️ He has proved to be a pretty full on Boxer boy - full of life, full of fun, full of love, full of mischief - what more could a Boxer family ask for??‼️😄🐾👍❤️‼️

What a gorgeous Golden Oldie Chevy is ❤️❤️🐾👍‼️ He has been in his wonderful new Boxer home for a year now and has blossomed into the most handsome boy with all the love and care that he’s had 👍🐾❤️ A huge thankyou to his brilliant new family for making his life as good as a Boxer life should be 😄👍❤️❤️🐾‼️

🐾❤️ I have a NEW HOME!! I have a NEW HOME 😄👍🐾❤️❤️‼️ I am so excited 🐾 I have two lovely new people to care for me, two lovely new beds, lots of great new toys and a wonderful Boxer home to settle into 😄🐾‼️ I will miss Julie and Doug as we’ve had a great time together, but I will love my new people just as much ❤️ Oh - I also have a new name - ‘Beau’ - I think it suits me! Thanks to everyone who wished me well and shared my story - there are so many great Boxer people out there 🙏👏‼️

RE-HOMED 👍🐾❤️‼️This delightful boy is now ready to find his great new home with experienced Boxer folk 👍🐾❤️ Wo Wo has had a real journey since he came into our care as he just hasn’t experienced much at all in his 5 years - so learning that there are such things as cars, other dogs, lots of people, toys etc has come as a bit of a surprise‼️ He will need time to settle, lots of love and a bit of training. He is a big boy but has lots of love to give ❤️❤️
We have done our best to expose him to life beyond a back garden including the usual vet visit, but he will need baby steps when learning his new life and surroundings. He is not used to cats - would be too excitable for young children, and has enjoyed playing with one of our own Boxer females.

RE-HOMED 👍🐾❤️‼️Well, I had a great time with Xsey - we played and played and I was really worn out after a while! I HAVE A LOVELY NEW HOME ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️‼️I’m feeling sooo much better now 😄👍🐾‼️ I’ve had a visitor and I behaved really well, so Julie and Doug now just have to get me used to getting in and out of the car (I’m just not sure what I’m supposed to do in there but I get way too excited apparently😳)…. Then I will be going to see someone called the vet …. I think they said I need a needle and a snip - whatever they might be 😳‼️ I’m still not sure about other dogs yet - I am going to have a test with one of Julie and Doug’s social butterfly Boxers, so will let you know how that goes👍🐾 I’m not used to cats by the way! I HAVE A LOVELY NEW HOME ❤️❤️❤️❤️‼️🐾Day 1 of my rescue: Julie and Doug picked me up and I went into a car for the first time in years - I wasn’t sure of it at all - I was very scared. They took me to their place where there are other dogs and comfortable beds with blankets - I’m not used to that. I was fed a lovely meal and although I was still very scared, I ate it and after worrying about what was happening, I went to sleep.
Day 2 of my rescue: I slept in my comfortable bed but was still very scared. Other dogs were having a good time with Julie and Doug but I’m not used to such things as playing with toys. I haven’t been with other dogs yet but I’ve been next to them and I like them. I’m still a bit worried about what is happening to me though, apparently I will need a new home in a few weeks. I had two lovely meals today.
Day 3 of my rescue: I’m still a bit scared of Doug, but am friends with Julie now and can walk around the property and have a good time sniffing about. My tail is up and wagging a bit now.
Day 4 of my rescue: I’m feeling a bit better again today - I can walk around with Doug now and I’m not so scared. I even had a bit of a play with him and wagged my tail quite a bit. I’m still eating really well and I think I’m feeling a bit happy now.

Miko - I hate to tell you this but that isn’t a head stool - it’s a foot stool 🤣👍🐾👏‼️ Whatever works for you though - you just look soooo comfortable 😄🐾❤️👍‼️ Rescue boy Miko loves his new home - he and Boxer partner Lucy have found some great sleeping arrangements 😄👍🐾❤️‼️

RE-HOMED 👍🐾‼️Gorgeous Buddy is hoping for a great new Boxer home with lovely Boxer people ❤️🐾‼️ At almost 7 years old Buddy is a real homebody and loves nothing more than snuggling up on the couch 😄🐾🐾👍 He doesn’t want children in his life, isn’t used to cats, and will play happily with most dogs at the park - however, he doesn’t want to have a companion dog to live with - he wants to be the only dog in the family 😊❤️👍 If you’d like to know more please send a DM or email [email protected] RE-HOMED 👍🐾‼️

It was lovely to have ex rescue boy Chevy come for a visit recently ❤️🐾😊👍‼️ What a distinguished and handsome chap he is at the ripe old age of 11/12/13 years!! He has been in his new home for almost a year now, and absolutely loves his new life 👍🐾❤️‼️

Happy Birthday Devlin 👍🐾🎁🎉❤️‼️ Our very special rescue fail 😄❤️🐾 still with us after 5 years 💜🐾❤️ Such a handsome boy, but so very frightened of the world - at least with us you can do whatever you like and not worry about a thing. Our Boxer girls keep you happy and under control 🤣🐾💜 (Full disclosure - Doug and I will eat the cake and Devlin will have lots of super doggy treats 🤣‼️)🎂🎉🎁🐾‼️

The gorgeous Rufus and Rhoda are well and truly settled into their great new Boxer home 😊👍🐾‼️ They are such a smoochy pair, and despite a few problems initially they are proving to be wonderful companions - loving their home comforts especially the bed 😄❤️🐾‼️

He is in need of a great new Boxer home 👍🙏 Bobby is 6 years young and a great family dog - has lived with children and adores them, loves his home comforts, good with other dogs, can be a handful to walk and isn’t used to cats. RE-HOMED 👍❤️😊❤️🐾‼️Are any of my dedicated Boxer folk able to offer this gorgeous boy Biscuit a foster home? ❤️🐾❤️‼️ He needs someone home a lot of the time as he suffers from separation anxiety - no other dog in the family would be best for him. A short term foster or a new home - either would be great. RE-HOMED 👍🐾❤️😄‼️Rufus and Rhoda are still waiting and hoping 🙏🙏 for their new home with experienced Boxer folk 🐾❤️🐾👍‼️ They are 6 year old siblings that have always been together - great with people, too boisterous for young kids, not used to cats and Rhoda can be a bit dog reactive. Typical bouncy Boxers who make their own fun - so if you’re busy they won’t mind as long as they have each other 😄🐾👍‼️ They are ‘halti’ trained so a few reminder lessons should make them ok to walk in quieter areas. VERY SAD NEWS….. Those of us who run a rescue, and those who take on a rescue dog all know that it can be absolutely wonderful as well as devastatingly heartbreaking. Yesterday brought the very sad news about the lovely Sasha - recently re-homed with Tracey and Alan. She started having seizures overnight and continued to have them - after a very difficult vet consult the awful decision had to be made……. Doug and I are eternally grateful that Sasha had an amazing last few weeks - just over 3 weeks with us then 3 weeks with Tracey and Alan - who are both such loving people to give Sasha the best time of her life 🧡 We send another huge thank you to all of you that have taken on a rescue to love and care for unconditionally. RIP Sasha ❤️❤️❤️

When you’ve had around 25 tooth extractions and a few days later you’re feeling on top of the world at almost 12 years of age 🐾❤️👍 Go SASHA ❤️🧡💜🐾🐾👍‼️
