Once upon a time, some guy in the Western Addition of San Francisco reached out to the Bay Area permaculture community in the hopes that a desolate plot of land behind his house could be transformed into an edible biodynamic landscape. With Kevin’s guidance, a group of students set upon a journey to create a sustainable urban farm and ecosystem that will serve as a catalyst to our community. The g

arden is named for our favorite little gardener, Finn. It is our hope that other San Francisco residents respond to our work by cultivating within themselves a more organic worldview.
