LORD MONTAGUE
Lord Montague is a neutered male black-and-white cat, born on July 12, 2023. He is a lover. He loves being petted and gives loving head butts. He rubs up against his crate and people. Everything; food, water, shelter, attention makes him grateful. And he pays in purrs. What a wonderful boy. He does great in the car and is litter box trained. He will make a wonderful companion.

STRAW NEEDED!
PLEASE HELP!
In a perfect world all animals would have a wonderful home and be able to stay inside during inclement weather. Until that day comes the Rutherford County Humane Society needs your help.
We've had numerous below freezing nights this winter and we are expecting possible snow and ice accumulation this weekend. Our supply of donated straw is running out fast.
We are asking for donations of straw to keep outside pets warm. Whether it's a pet of an indigent family, or a feral cat house. We will gladly pick up your donations if necessary. You may choose to contact Scott Hoyle or one of his staff at Oakland Feed and Seed. As always Scott is supporting the Humane Society's efforts by allowing purchases by credit/debit card over the phone or in person. He is also allowing the straw to be stored in his trailer until we are able to arrange to have it picked up. THANK YOU, SCOTT! Just call (828) 286-0617 to purchase by phone or call Debbie Andersen at (828) 447-1718 to arrange for pickup or if you have any questions.
