It’s officially snowing at Covey Hill!!

It looks like the snow will be here anytime now! It’s so close, according to the radar. I can’t wait for the pups to see and play in the snow. Some won’t care a thing about it probably, but I think most of them will love it. It will be all new to them.

Everyone is staying warm and we will all be good. Praying we won’t lose power. 🙏 ❤️

I love seeing former Covey Hill pups living their best lives! Bindi & Winnie are sisters from Rosie’s litter we saved awhile back. These sweet sisters get to stay together forever. ❤️ They’re so beautiful and loved!

Update: we were able to get 5 pretty large heaters to prepare for the coming week!

We will have below freezing temps in our area starting in the next couple of days. Our kennels are covered, tarped, we have heat lamps, etc but it won’t be enough for temps like we are about to see. We have a metal building that I’m going to try to insulate and set up kennels inside and have heat. The last photo is of insulation similar to what could be used. IF anyone has any of this already that’s not needed, we would love to be able to use it for this cold weather. 🙏 It doesn’t have to be this exact kind, but anything to keep this building warm. Also, if anyone has any heaters we could borrow, that would be wonderful too. ❤️. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions also! If anyone would be willing to foster one of our babies for a couple of days, please let me know this also! 🐾

Here’s a little Tiger update! He’s gaining some weight and he is loving playing with Tina and Marla! He’s a happy boy!
