Many Tears Online Fundraising Events

We are pleased to announce that the total from our online Spring event was £1,218.20. Of this £880.20 goes to Many tears with a further £338.00 raised for Caki.
Whilst this is a little less than previous events, with the current economic climate and how soon the event was after Christmas, we are very pleased with the results :D

As always the biggest thanks goes to our wonderful team of crafters, who create and donate so generously every time. A big thank you also to our buyers, without you none of this would be possible.

Just a couple of hours left to go before we open our Spring craft event and we are busy getting the last few items in the album. We really do have some lovely things so thank you everyone.

We have always traditionally opened our events at 7pm on a Friday evening and closed them at 7pm on the Sunday evening and this has worked well for us as it gives everyone a fair opportunity to purchase the items they would really like, especially when there are limited numbers. Since we have introduced the auction aspect to some of the items whilst others are 'buy it now' it seems to have caused a bit of confusion. We really do apologise for this and feel we need to clarify.

Bids can be placed on the auction items at any time as they will go to whoever has made the highest bit at 7pm on the Sunday.

The buy it now items will go to whoever comments first after the event has opened, (so for this Spring fair after 7pm today, 15th March). Please check the description to see how many of each item are available. We have found this to be the fairest way for everyone. We have taken on feedback and will be discussing whether there is a better way to run things in the future but for this event we need to stick to our regular format.

If you have already commented on one of more of our buy it now items please come back after 7pm today and comment again to secure the items you would like.

We apologise again for the confusion caused by the format and thank you all again for your continued support :)
