Appreciation post!
It’s been amazing to have Liv and Emily with us this year and the change in Igna’s attitude is incredible. He came to me for schooling after picking up a naughty habit of rearing which was very difficult for Liv to deal with, she had been doing amazing but his party trick was starting to affect her confidence. A few months on I’ve managed to ride him through this and give him other options to express his opinion.

Since then they’ve decided to stay with me to continue Ignas schooling and because he’s been so settled since joining us they didn’t want to change his happy place. This seasons they’ve been out absolutely flying coming home with many confident easy double clears and attending clinics. Just look at them flying! ❤️🌟

Last weeks round up!

My fantastic livery, Liv went to sapey for her first 100 run with iggy. They had a good dressage, fantastic clear showjumping and a great run around a tricky track. So lovely to see them growing into a fabulous little team!

Tizzie went to ponderosa for some more BS with the Armstrong family. Again she was absolutely amazing another new venue and a win in the BN and tapped a pole in the discovery for 4th. On wards and upwards. ❤️

The baby of the team 7 year old home bred Tizzie out today at Rectory. She went and jumped the British Novice and her first Discovery, she tapped a pole in both classes but placed 4th in the first and 9th in the second.

She often takes a back burner in the summer as I spend so much time and energy eventing. schedule is being cleared to get out having some more fun on this classy lady.

Yesterday my awesome home bred had a jump for my mums birthday as she loves watching them improve. We had a play with some bigger fences and you can see how effortless she makes 1.20 look.

Over the past 8 weeks I’ve had the lovely Tilly in for breaking. She’s been a fabulous student and a very clever young lady. This is her last week with me and we’ve got her mum on board today and she was absolutely fabulous. So lovely to see it all come together ❤️☀️

Two new spaces available for Full livery/schooling livery packages on a fantastic, warm, friendly and well maintained yard set just outside Monmouth in beautiful countryside.

☀️ Large Lunge Pen.
☀️ Fantastic hacking both off road through forestry and on quiet lanes.
☀️ Fantastic post and rail turnout.
☀️ Wash bay with hot wash.
☀️ Opportunity to train with Charlotte Armstrong.
☀️ New jump exercises/courses out weekly .
☀️ Video/photo updates weekly.
☀️ Flexible livery packages to suit every individual. Holiday riding cover if you go away or need a hand working on something.
☀️ Regular social activities that include all clients and friends.

☀️ Ideally located to be a short, easy drive from the Forest of Dean, Monmouth and surrounding areas and Cardiff.

We have a lovely mix of clients ranging from BD, BE, BS, endurance and some lovely ladies who enjoy their horses. The yards main priority is having kind and lovely people to join us.

Today Egg went for a showjump school at Ace Cross Country to have a jump on grass before we head to Howick Novice this weekend.

With the event season fast approaching Shelley took a trip to Tumpy Green for a spot of showjump schooling. She was fabulous now onto cross country schooling and then West Wilts next weekend. 😁 ⭐️

I am based with 4* event rider, Charlotte Armstrong, and I myself have extensive experience breaking, schooling and riding a huge variety of horses from fit competition horses to children’s ponies, currently eventing at Novice with aims for 2* with my own event horse.
