I am located in Aiken, SC but frequently visit the New England area where I grew up. I specialize in equine photography but do not limit my services solely to horses.

Session details: These 30-minute sessions include 3 edited black background headshots that can be used on social media & for small prints (at client's expense). Your choice of garland - red/green, blue/silver or rose gold/silver. $175 plus travel (if beyond 20 miles of Portsmouth, NH). Group/barn and multiple-horse discounts available: $150/session for groups of 3 or more people at one location and multiple horse discount, for those owners/riders with more than one horse, of $100/additional horse.

My first ever "model call"! A great way for photographers to build their portfolios, make a vision come to life or just to shoot something they want to shoot. Beneficial for the photographer and the "model(s)". And it's FREE! I have 2 ideas in mind.
1) Cross-country schooling - clinic-style riding attire required. Cross country location of your choosing. Horse(s) must be well schooled in cross country and jump a minimum of Beginner Novice/Novice height. Eventing is what started my photography journey and I have somehow managed to go the entire year without shooting cross country once!
2) Beach shoot - riding or un-mounted stylized portrait session. Horse(s) must have previous beach experience!
-Requirements: Located within an hour and a half of the Portsmouth, NH area. Can be a one person or a small group (up to 3) from your barn. Comment below or PM me if interested.
-What do you get: A free shoot, either beach or cross country schooling, that includes at least 3 web-resolution images to share on social media!
-Catches: The photographer will use these photos on their social media & website for promotional purposes. Also, my schedule is super limited this year so these shoots will only be able to happen if we can make our schedules align!
Update: This trip is being cancelled due to foliage concerns! Sorry Bangor area friends!!
I will be fitting in my last few local photo shoot requests on these dates as the foliage should still be good along the coast of Southern ME & NH. At this time, my fall photo scheduled is closed and I will not be adding any more foliage shoots!

Even in the dullest of sunsets, Thunder still looks beautiful ❤️ just had to test out my new lens last night!
Photos are going to be stunning with this new portrait lens 🎉 getting excited to break it out. About 2 weeks away from my first Fall session!
As time goes on, not only will I continue to advance my photographic abilities, experiences & techniques but there will continue to be advancements to my camera bag to provide the best I can for my clients.
A new portrait lens is on it's way and will arrive before my upcoming Fall sessions begin! Making me even more excited for the sessions to come.
Bangor area friends.. it looks like a Fall photo trip north will be in the cards for me this year - October 27-29! I will only have a few slots for horse & rider portraits, with the foliage, as ideal lighting time will be limited. As lighting is more flexible for black background shoots, I will have multiple spots available. I am also willing to add in holiday wreath mini sessions if there is interest as I likely won't be back to the area again until 2024. If you are interested and have not reached out to me directly, please do so ASAP!
I am excited to say that I am officially fully booked-up for the Fall foliage season! Stay tuned for wreath mini session information. I will soon be scheduling those with sessions beginning mid-November. Session availability goes fast so be sure to contact me early!

He is heading to Tufts on Thursday for a CT and a surgery to remove a lesion in his hoof. He is so very lucky to have a caring mom who has poured thousands into getting him the care he needs and answers they have been searching for. Please donate towards his care if you are able to do so. I have been so busy photographing horse shows and volunteering at Double H that I have neglected updating this page! Just wrapped up my last show for the summer at Saratoga so I am excited to be switching my focus back to portraits. Enjoyed spending last Sunday in Saratoga. Ironing out my show schedule for the remainder of the summer show season! Between working fulltime Monday-Friday, horse shows & volunteering at Double H Ranch on most weekends, my time will be pretty limited this summer. I love squeezing in portrait sessions when I can, though!

My name is Nicole McNally. I began taking photos, for fun, at the event barn I rode at when I was 14 years old and now 9 years later, I have grown my hobby into a side business. I love sharing my passion for horses and photography with others!
I am located in Southern Maine but have traveled across the east coast to continue and spread my photography. Most recently, I spent 8 months in Aiken photographing private clients and local shows including the Grand Prix Eventing Showcase which was attended by some of the top event riders around the world.
