❤️ 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆! ❤️

They say love is a four-legged word, and in our home, that truth runs deep. Through every season of life, our fur babies have filled our days with more joy than we could have ever imagined. Each precious soul in our pack, both past and present, has brought their own special magic to our family story.

From playful ball tosses to cozy cuddles on the couch, from silly moments in sweaters to proud poses in bandanas, these faithful companions have taught us what unconditional love truly means. Our pack may be a mix of personalities, but together, they've made our house a home and our hearts fuller.

To all our precious fur babies—those still blessing our days and those watching over us from across the Rainbow Bridge—thank you for showing us that love isn't just a four-legged word. It's a forever promise. 🐾❤️🌈

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘄 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲. Though we've been preparing our hearts for this moment since his congestive heart failure diagnosis in August 2023, nothing truly prepares you for saying goodbye to a member of your family.

These past few days became increasingly difficult as we watched our sweet boy struggle with eating and drinking. After some concerning episodes this morning, we knew we needed to take him to the vet. We learned his condition had worsened, and his kidneys and liver were beginning to fail. While we hadn't expected today would be the day we'd have to say goodbye, we knew we had to make the hardest decision out of love for him.

Brody began his journey with us as quite the sassy little Shih Tzu, but over his 14 and a half years with us, he completely stole our hearts. He was such a funny little dude who always kept us on our toes and gave us a run for our money. Even after his diagnosis, his playful spirit would shine through, reminding us of the feisty boy we'd always known. His transformation from a grumpy puppy to the sweetest boy was a precious gift. That smile of his will be missed dearly.

We like to think he's now reunited with his brothers, Torri and Eddie, who both passed away in 2017. He's probably already found his favorite ball and is playing freely, his heart strong once again, showing off that incredible smile of his.

Rest easy, sweet boy. ❤️
