She finally understood the assignment 😁 and we had one hell of a ride 💜🤩

Emnambiti Gitigaro "Dignité"

Now she is 14 months old, as a large sized dog, we had to be careful about the trainings. So we do bikejöring only on very short laps (2x 1000 meters), between theese rides she runs another lap unleashed in a pace she wants (usually crazy galopp 😅) and a little extra at the end.
Meanwhile she has rest days, physio trainings and massage 💆‍♀️ to keep her body balanced 💜 This season is about to learn the basics, and train her muscules carefully. And hopefully we can start racing at the autumn of 2025 🤞.

She's a sweet and friendly girl indeed, but now she is maturing in her mind too, and getting more serious about her "guardian of the house" role 😎.

I adore Dignité, I really do... but she will never had the same badass look as Rebelle has 💙 She's a beast, she has an attitude of a warrior queen, and despite she is absolutely harmless, I always feel safe with her💙

Rebelle & Dignité
We had a short but hard cc run with Rebelle💪, and than Daddy took Dignité for a free run by bike 🚲. It means that her first training season is started 🤩 She will just follow the bike for a while (without pulling), getting used to to the training rutine, and of course we continue the physiotheraphy (for both of them).

We run. Not because we want win races, break records, or be an expert. We run, because we love it. We love to run together. We love the forest trails, the chilly mornings, and the slow walkies after a good run. This is my therapy, and my dog is the best therapist ever 💙 We run. And we will, as long as we can.
