I will be on annual leave from the end of the day tomorrow (20th August) for a well earned break for 2 weeks.
I will be back on Tuesday 3rd September where I will be replying to all enquiries from then on my return to work.

🧡 Roxi 🧡
Roxi is a nearly 2yr old spaniel x retriever who was surrendered to us as she was no longer getting on with the other dog in the household (Rosie, also in Ash).

Roxi is an active girl, as can be expected from her breed and loves getting out for walks and playing ball. She adores human company and lives for her cuddles.

She is reactive to other dogs so needs to be the only pet in the home (no cats either). But she can live with *sensible* children over 8.

Hey everyone, these products are now available to purchase. They are all organic and made my own delicate hands ha! They are available at my salon and you can also contact me your order and I can package this for you and post.

All products are for all skin types, however, they specialise in sensitive skin also.

I will be launching new natural products on 15th July, Canine Organic Shop🫶🏼
It has been very stressful but exciting working on this the past 6 months.

They will be available in store by appointment (I’m not there everyday) and online.
It’s taking some time to design the new website so this will not be available yet!

In the meantime, from 15th July, you will be able to text me with your order & I can arrange postage for you to make up for online orders until it’s fully set up.
Once it’s set up, items such as collars, bags, bows etc will be for sale also.
I am planning on launching a new product every 2 months so we will be constantly growing as a business.

NOTICE.
I am now fully booked for July. I have a couple of appointments available for August before I go on holidays just shoot me a text and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

A gentle reminder that I am away the 2nd & 3rd week of July and also from 21st August to 2nd September so appointments are limited.

I am unable to take on any new clients until September as there’s already a back log for regular clients atm.

In relation to launching my new little venture of natural dog products, I am almost finished, it’s taking a lot of time as I’m just so busy with work and I am not getting the time to work on production. A lot of work has gone into it and I cannot wait to share this all with you soon. Products will be available soon (I will post) however, the website is taking some time to create and design so they won’t be available to purchase online yet. (Updates coming soon)

Hi everyone, please note I am booked up atleast 1 month in advance.

To avoid your pet missing their groom, please book well in advance. It is your responsibility to make sure you do not miss their appointment and avoid matting.

I am on annual leave from 9th July for two weeks and from 16th August until 3rd September so there are very limited appointments these months.
A lot of my regulars are booking their next appointment before they leave and I do advise this.

There is now a charge for late cancellations and no shows. This is my time & energy and enough notice for people who are on a waiting list. I require atleast 24hrs notice. We all have busy lives and I know anything can happen and certain tragic circumstances are exempt.

If your pet is matted even if it’s only a small amount, please tell me this when you are booking your appointment so I can allow extra time as it takes alot more time. If you arrive and your dog is matted and you haven’t mentioned this to me, your appointment will be rescheduled to prevent anyone else being delayed who are booked for that day. I am on a very tight schedule and I need to be fair to everyone.

I am taking a waiting list if I receive any cancellations so you are more than welcome to put your name down.

As I have some new customers recently, just to let you all know I am ONLY OPEN BY APPOINTMENT. I do NOT have opening hours as I work my appointments around my own life. This is a one woman show here where grooming, admin, accounts, stock take etc is all done by myself. As stated on my automatic message when you contact me, please allow 3-5 working days for my response.
My salon number remains in my salon, I do not have it on me 24/7 as business is left at my salon door when I walk out. Just send me a text and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
I will be posting my updated salon policies shortly as a gentle reminder when visiting. In the meantime enjoy this cute little video of Cali!

Hi everyone,
This Christmas we are doing our bit to help those pets who are in need by sending donations to Protecting Pound Dogs Rescue. I have numerous clients who came from this rescue centre and it is important to help any way we can.

Donations such as food, used/new collars/leads, toys etc are all very much welcomed along with any other donation you wish to send.

Donations can be dropped to our salon when dropping/collecting your pet or if you don’t have an appointment you can message us and we can arrange this.
All donations will be sent to Protecting Pound Dogs Rescue by 21st December 2023

SPECIAL HOMING APPEAL - We have a very special local homing appeal for our elderly little hound, Alfred. Alfred was found straying by a kind family who recognised immediately that he needed urgent care. It was apparent that Alfred had endured a torturous life perhaps as some sort of a bait dog. It is hard to understand how there is no part of his body unharmed by bites or wounds. He has scars and infections everywhere and his eyelid was ripped off and infected. He was skinny, full of parasites and in pain. Despite this, his tail wagged and he was grateful for every ounce of care. After a month of antibiotics and pain relief, Alfred has had a heart scan to see if we can sedate for a dental and for eye surgery. Sadly his diagnosis of Mitral Valve disease is life limiting and he will be on expensive medication for the rest of his years. Other than that though, Alfred is a rough diamond , a character who will not let any of this get him down. Watching him spin around for food or to go for a walk is a joy. The gratitude in his face for small kindnesses is a pleasure to behold. So, while his needs in life are simple, we need a special home to help him put the horror of his life behind him and make whatever future he has full of love and joy. Alfred will need heart medication and regular check ups and as he is a little wandering beagle, we need an enclosed garden to keep him safe. DAWG will continue to cover his medication if the right home becomes available. In return, this resilient little fella will love, charm and adore you until his last breath.
