Pawkas began out of a necessity. My husband and I were unsuccessful at finding dog coats that fit our Doberman Pinschers properly. They never properly fit the chest area and/or weren't long enough. Now Minnesota winters are a little more bearable for our dogs with coats that not only fit appropriately, but also are warm and appealing to the eye. The first top two layers are quilted (cotton top, wi

th poly batting) and the third layer consists of a fleece lining. The poly batting offers more warmth for your dog in addition to the fleece. It's kind of like your favorite quilt you use on a cold winter night. To find information on placing an order click on "more" tab and choose "notes"
