Sommer Ranch and Jessica Shields Performance Horses is proud to announce that Don Diego Del Solis is now officially approved by Spain for breeding! This big boy offers overall quality as well as some exciting color genetics. He's a double cream Perlino with Chestnut and no black. This means we can guarantee a buckskin or a Palomino offspring when crossed with any bay, Chestnut, or black mare. 

Sommer Ranch and Ryan Sommer are also thrilled to announce that their double Pearl Apollo del Solis daughter was also approved today. We could not have been more proud of her outstanding temperament and exquisite manners. She was a real attention getter. Perhaps someday you'll see her in the reining cow horse arena. We have plans for this lovable family member.

I am very excited that my good friend, Betsey, is in the process of importing this incredible, 17h true Cremello (chestnut base with two cream genes) stallion from Spain.  He is sure to cross exceptionally well with my Feliz du Carel daughters to make some incredible cream babies with the potential for the highest levels of dressage.  What a blending of blood lines that should be!!! I will eagerly await his arrival in January.  More details to follow shortly.
