For the last few days we have had the privilege of fostering this adorable girl! She is believed to be a 9-week old English Mastiff/unknown mix and is just the sweetest, smartest, most laid-back puppy! She will cry to let you know when she needs to go out, and loves to cuddle right up next to you and take a nap. Frank is a 15 year old male pug who was surrendered when his family was moving out of state. They did not feel that he would be comfortable being transported hundreds of miles.

He is food obsessed and will pace around the kitchen when it is meal time. Chicken is his favorite snack. He is not food aggressive and eats with our other dogs.

He is not very active but does enjoy going on walks, going for car rides and laying in the grass with other dogs.

Frank is blind and deaf and is a diabetic. His diabetes is under control and he gets insulin twice daily. He is housebroken and sleeps in his corral at night. He moves from dog bed to dog bed during the day.

We are happy to keep Frank in rescue as a long term foster, but he could be adopted to a special home who has a special place in their hearts for senior pugs.

Please help us welcome Bubbles to Pug Rescue of FL & GA.
Bubbles is the sweetest little girl pug, she is about 9 yrs old and her "pug superpower" is that she LOVES to cuddle and hug her people ❤

She is also a fighter -- he has diabetes and has had a very difficult time getting it under control. She had lost quite a bit of weight, but thanks to her very experienced and loving foster mom, her medications have been adjusted and she is already gaining weight and feeling better. When she's not hugging her foster mom she's enjoying the nice spring weather. She will be with us for a while as she continues to heal and gain weight -- she will have regular vet visits to monitor her medications & blood sugar levels and she is scheduled for an appointment with a canine ophthalmologist to check her eyes/vision.

Our pets are always there for us - to cheer us up, snuggle, make us laugh. They are happy when we are, and are always ready for an adventure. Except when they see our suitcases come out, then they know that you are probably going away without them....again.. On this National Pet Day, our friends at Holiday Road Adventures thought it might be fun to imagine where our pets would go if they could plan the next vacation!

Foster Pumpkin is a 2 year old Pug/Boxer mix that is being fostered through PugHearts. She is 28 pounds of muscle, joy and happiness. Pumpkin (aka P***y) really needs a large dog to run and play with. She is gentle with the puppies, but has an excited energy that the adult pugs are not comfortable with. Let's create a Christmas miracle for her.

Ruckus -- Ready for Adoption
Hi everyone; I’m Ruckus! They tell me I am a “Bug” but I feel more like a pug and just look at my beautiful brindle coat! I recently celebrated my 10th birthday but you wouldn’t know it the way I run around and play. I love taking walks and then coming home to cuddle up with my human; especially my foster dad who is my favorite. I love to lay on his lap and soak up all the attention. I crave affection and if you stop petting me too soon, I will paw you or push my head under your hand to remind you to keep loving on me. I also like to sleep in the bed and snuggle up under the covers.

I am definitely a people person, even the little ones, and would love a family that is home a lot. I am the unofficial neighborhood watch and take my job very seriously; I post up by the window so I can keep a look out and watch everyone go by.
I am not only a gentleman who always does his business outside but also pretty smart as I know to sit for snackies. I live with 2 other pugs in my foster home but I would be fine as an only dog and getting all your attention.

I am up to date on all my vaccines, neutered and heartworm negative; I also recently had a dental so my vetting is complete! The vet did tell me that I have a case of IVDD, which in layman’s terms, means I have a chronic bulging disc along my spine - but I say no big deal and don’t let it slow me down! I just take a good joint supplement every day and that has been helping to keep me feeling young and spry.
