The chicks are now 6.5 weeks old & Ms Lavender Honeybee is back to laying eggs & is ignored by the kids during the day, so time for the good Mama to move back home to her adult friends. She has done a fantastic job raising these kids! ❤️

So happy to finally have some chooks again!! 🐣 2 years without & I started feeding & talking to the dumped chooks along SH1 instead. 😂

6 Chinese silkie chicks have hatched out successfully & I'm looking forward to expand as we go. But for now I'm spending way too much time admiring these fluffballs. 😍

Getting myself ready to bring home a fluffy butt or two. Big free range area is regrowing some nice lush grass & trees to be planted for shade. Can't wait to have chickens in my life again!! 🐥
