Wrap up from albion Park show last weekend. The boys had a fantastic time taking home 2 first places, a second place and 3X third ribbons even Jess got a third in the beef cattle section with one of the belties. .

The sky might be grey but the fields are starting to colour up, we plan on opening the first field in December so tag your friends and keep an eye on our social for the opening dates 🌻

Its almost our favourite time of the year sunflower season, there is only a few flowers open at the moment but over the next few weeks more will open up and we will then open the fields for visits. Stay tuned 🌻

Its getting warm out in the field but the jerseys are still out munching grass. This paddock of natural grass had oats and rye spun out back in march, but today is its first grazing

Look out we have green grass in front of the girls again. After a couple of weeks of silage we now have foot high green grass for the cows. They are still getting silage but they definitely enjoy chewing on the oats/rye.

We are not meant to have favourites but we do 🤫 and whistler is one of them, at 12 years old she has headed out to join the heifers for her twilight years, she has been an amazing cow who went to 11 Sydney royal easter shows, attended Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane royal and countless schools visits. She has 2 daughters, 1 grand daughter and 1 great grand daughter in the herd to carry on her legacy.

This is the second last Kikuyu paddock for the year. In about 2 weeks time we will transition the cows onto the oat and rye grass pasture mix we planted around 8 weeks ago.

We didnt get many photos from camden show but this one was sent to us today of illusion in her championship class before she went on to win all breeds supreme dairy cow.

After tonight's storm we have evaluated the damage to the field and the photos are attached. If you had tickets for this evening or tomorrow and you would prefer not visit the field we are happy to refund your ticket if you submit a refund request through eventbrite. We will be open tomorrow for those who would still like to visit . Note there will be no flower sales tomorrow to ensure those who want to come have the best opportunity to get the prefect photo.

We've had a huge week this week. Its the final few days of the sun flower season, and on Tuesday we hosted a group of Agricultural students from St Greg's college to show them the dairy side of the operation.

The pathway is cut and the flowers are opening. Tickets will be released on Wednesday night with the field opening next Saturday. There will be 5 tickets available for each 30min session to ensure you have intimate session.
