‼️Shelter donation event information‼️
We are so excited to announce that we have chosen 3 shelters in the area to receive donations to help make Christmas as warm and cozy as possible for fur babies waiting for a forever family! Donations will be accepted until 12/19 *drop offs to shelter will be 12/20*
Conditions:
-For every item donation made you will receive 5% off EACH individual service purchased
-Item donations are preferred but cash donations will also be accepted and put towards a shopping spree for the shelter.
For every $10 donated you will receive 10% off EACH individual purchase.
-If an item is TOO used to be donated it will not be accepted (chewed up bowls, broken leashes/collars, blankets with lots of holes, ripped toys, etc.)
-Any rewards points or credit on your account may NOT be used towards any promos!

Heavenly Pawz is an in-home mobile groomer and other pet services. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience. We do not operate out of a truck/trailer/Van/Etc.YET🤞🏼
So as of right now, during warm weather, we bathe outdoors, during cold weather the bathing and other services will be provided in your home or we offer pick up/drop off and go to the nearest self-wash station IF said pet has ZERO fleas/ticks.

New contracts will be made up and required to be filled out and returned as soon as possible, this goes for any new clients as well as existing clients.
Policies are set and stoned. Not flexible in any way. As of October 8th, 2024
-20% deposit required to book, 20% of services total.
-Cancellations are to be made no later than 24 hours before the reserved time slot, if said client cancels 1-24 hours before the time slot, an additional 30% of the total is due immediately.
-Bookings may be made same day IF there is availability, no promises or guarantees!
-Unless specified with a client or if you already have payments set up disregard this policy, but at the end of the appointment the rest of the total must be paid in full.

🎉Big big changes this week!🎉

🐾We are happy to announce that we FINALLY have not only have an official business number, but our website is fully published as well!

🐾We will be using the phone number for all communications. Messages from facebook will still be viewed. However, you will be redirected to the new number.

🐾You can request estimates and appointments straight through our website!

🐾We have also finalized our switch to Square POS & scheduling system.
You will receive text alerts and emails for upcoming appointments, invoices, new service alerts, promos and reward account updates! (must opt in for messages and/or emails)
-With square we are able to add a card to your profile to make payments easier. Your card will ONLY be charged after being approved by you via square. Payments can also be authorized in advance, scheduling & authorizing your payment to be taken out of your account automatically upon the chosen date & time.
-When receiving an invoice you are able to make a partial or full payment straight from your phone!
All previously accepted payment types are still accepted including cash, check, Paypal, Cashapp & Apple pay.
‼️Existing customers‼️
Sometime within the next week you will be receiving a contract in regard to whatever service you are purchasing. Please fill them out as soon as you get the chance & let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

We also have an all new rewards program for ALL services!
Each service has a set amount of paws (points) that you will earn when upon payment. Paws can then be redeemed for free or discounted services of your choice!
A few examples of rewards:

🐾Sadie and I had a great one-on-one session at Menards today! This girl has grown so much confidence, focus, drive and impulse control over the last 2 months since meeting her.
Today was only her 2nd public outing with me for training and did great being “off leash” with lots of loud noises and distractions. I am SO proud of how far she has come💕
