Skunk Invasion

Rocket explains what happened last night when she decided to chase a puffy-tailed cat. Rocket typically is good if you tell her "no chase". She'll stop mid into a chase and walk back. Last night we didn't tell her no chase as it was late at night and she wanted to go outside. Unfortunately, we weren't aware that a skunk was just around the corner. Rocket had her first skunk encounter with a close spray to her face. Just like any dog, she was confused and scared of the incident and ran for cover inside the house. She now knows what the word skunk means. After bathing in baking soda, dish soap, and a little hydrogen peroxide most of the smell dissipated from Rocket's fur.
