More tips to "Stress-less for the Holidays."
* Too many gatherings, parties, and meetings? Rely on your calendar. By entering in all holiday functions with family/work/friends you can be more realistic about your time. This might even free up some time - you can gently declining events that overextend your schedule. Plus when you let a calendar keep track of all the holiday events and duties it frees the brain for other - more fun - activities.
* Consolidate your shopping. There's still plenty of time to shop online. To take even more stress off your shoulders, buy gift cards online-- no need to ponder over choosing the 'perfect' gift.

Tips to "Stress-less for the Holidays." Optimize the short time between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. Make a list of your to-dos, then edit, consolidate, or revise:
* Check your gift list - maybe you can buy some gifts where you grocery shop or get your coffee - think Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Starbucks, Dunkin, any grocery chain. Or, you can grocery shop where you buy your gifts - think Target.
* Too many holiday functions to fit in? Why not move one to the week between Christmas and New Years...or even after the New Year, its a great way to keep the holiday spirit alive.
* Responsible for party food? Save your time by buying prepared or frozen. Check out the frozen food section for delectable appetizers, store bakeries are stepping up their quality, you can even get the main dish prepped, or even fully cooked.
These are just starters - for a general stress buster take a walk and let the stress go.
