I am heartbroken to be making this post but unfortunately I need to rehome my beloved boy WINSTON. I am only posting to bulldog pages purely because I want him to go to someone who knows about and has an interest in Bulldogs, and also someone who has the time to put in the effort that Winny needs.

Winny is an 19 month old purebred Australian Bulldog. D.O.B 30 June 2021, 95.26% 2nd Gen Aussie, Desexed.

He needs proper training and someone who can give him the time and attention he needs and deserves. He is good with older kids (10+) but probably a bit rough for younger kids.

We are located on the Sunshine Coast.

UPDATE: We are pleased to share that Honey has a new home in Melbourne, she will be taking the trip on the weekend and we will share an update as she settles in next week.

We're urgently looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home for HONEY - is there someone in MELBOURNE who would love her? We will work out a way to get her down from Sydney.

Honey is booty-licious with bundles of sass and personality. She is a 5.5 year old female Australian Bulldog currently living at Richmond (NSW). Honey likes to be the queen of her castle and needs a new home without existing pets. She has been great with kids while in foster care and would enjoy being part of a family or if grandkids visit.

Honey needs specialist surgery (TPLO) to repair her ruptured cruciate ligament.
Specialist hospitals in Sydney we use at SASH at North Ryde or VSOS at Miranda. In Melbourne it is VRH at Dandenong, Advanced Vetcare in Kensington or Peninsula Vet Specialists at Mornington. You need to be around home most of the time as Honey doesn't like being left solo for ages, and will also be unhappy with enforced crate rest / confinement while her leg heals. There will be a recovery period of a few months where Honey will need to be kept very quiet and then building up a little bit of activity at a time according to the specialist recovery plan.

Honey is very much an inside dog, she has allergies (mainly to freshly cut grass) that affect her skin and eyes, this needs lifelong management.

Savannah

Savannah is a 2 year old Australian Bulldog, she is desexed, and up to date with vaccines, worming etc.

She can be very stubborn due to shyness (typical bulldog), however she is a very gentle and quiet dog. She is isn’t a huge Aussie Bulldog, but solid in statue weighing 22kg.

Savannah is good with children, dogs and kids. She is paired with a British bulldog female currently and they get along well.

She has been raised on a quality diet, and is currently fed both raw and Royal Canin kibble.

Savannah is healthy, has suffered no skin conditions, breathing difficulties or eye problems. She does well in the hot/warm weather provided she is kept in a cool confined environment. ALL Brachycephalic dogs should be watched during the warmer weather. Savannah is crate trained for this reason.

She is microchipped and NSW lifetime registered.

Winston is just 3 months old and needs rescue. He is an Aussie Bulldog who has a snuffly airway and a problem with his tail, we're pretty confident with the right surgery and ongoing vet care we can give Winston a normal life.

Winston needs a foster home in the Newcastle area from Monday. You'll need to take him to our vet Brunker Road Veterinary Centre at Adamstown.

Foster-to-adopt is ideal so Winston doesn't have to move again once he has received all his vet care.
