Doea anyone know how to make an offical complaint about a doctors receptionist i went with will to the peel house medical plaza widnes for a blood form i asked the receptionist where did we go with it because there was no information on the form she said youve had a text with a link on there to book and i said the link on the text was for a place in st helens were youve got to be a patient of that clinic and she said its not and i said that is what came up and she said it didnt and i said it did and that is the link we had and she said no it didnt and i said stop calling me a liar and she said i didnt call you a liar and i said well youve just told me im wrong and she said it doesnt say that at which point i walked out .When you click on the link it eventually takes you to the information you need but she was didnt give me any information i needed just told me i was wrong .
