HOY 2025! Wow… what a show! 🎉🐴 We packed Clifford to the brim, had extra stock delivered during the week, and STILL sold out! This was the most treats we’ve ever brought to an event, and we’re beyond grateful for the incredible support. 💛 We’re so sorry if you missed out on what you wanted this time. 🐴🍬Good news! If your horse is healthy, an occasional sugar cube or two is perfectly fine as a treat. 🎉 However, horses with conditions like insulin resistance, equine metabolic syndrome, Laminitis Cushing’s disease, etc, should avoid sugary treats, as they can pose health risks.
The same can be said for iced cookies.

✅ Safe in moderation for healthy horses
⚠️ Avoid for horses with metabolic issues

While that seems like common sense, some people over the last week have made it clear that they think I am selling poison to horses. - I'm sure if your horse can reach a single blade of grass from the track you probably have it living on Linda I'm sure it has consumed sugars before 😉

We do make special treats for horses that cannot have sugary or grain-filled treats. (which were pointed out to many "Lindas" throughout the week and ignored)

Treat wisely and keep your horse happy! 🐎❤️

ps. I can gladly confirm that the horse in the photo is still alive and not in a diabetic coma. Thanks, Lucy for the photo (please do not hound her for proof of life)

With HOY just around the corner, it’s time for our annual PSA:

Despite their deceptively tasty appearance, our treats are actually made for PONIES and NOT people.

Now, while there’s absolutely nothing toxic in them - congratulations, you technically won’t keel over! I can't promise you that you won't s**t yourself from a dose of molasses your guts haven't seen since you used to dip your fingers in the molasses bucket as a child.

In all seriousness, We do meet all criteria to sell Horse Treats (yes those exist) However, we haven’t jumped through all the bureaucratic hoops required by the council to sell them as human food—even though Levi, our resident food safety guru, is fully certified to keep you from poisoning yourself.

Also, let’s be real: These treats were crafted for horses, whose idea of a five-star meal is grass and the occasional fence post. If you find them delicious… well, I have questions.
