FOSTER HOME NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

Fully sponsored foster dog needs a place to land. Trinity has had a rough start in life. Losing both of her owners in the same year, she has now found herself needing a home. All expenses will be paid, including all vet bills, and dog training. Food will be rationed appropriately for her weight loss journey. So it is important whoever chooses to foster her does not have free feed for other dogs or cats, and no table scraps. She has NOT been cat-tested. The Life of Kai: Compassion Connections Inc. 501-c3 is sponsoring her.

Meet Chopper!

With his lopsided ears and his slightly crooked front leg, Chopper is a trendsetter for sure. Seized by law enforcement when he was a tiny pup, his front leg was injured in the chaos. Chopper has since been to the vet and she said that it's long healed and he's fine. He will have a mild limp for the rest of his life yet Chopper pays it no mind and simply charges ahead with his determined fearlessness. Of the 7 puppies Chopper quickly distinguished himself and became a crowd favorite with his sweet face, cute mannerisms and playful attitude. We all fell for him at our foster home and he became our favorite. ❤️

Chopper is smart, with his extra smart Malinois mother. He knows his name and comes when called. He is neutered and has had all shots. He's great around other dogs and loves the big males following them around hot on their heels. Some may not see him as a GQ pup but his extra special personality makes up for it. Chopper is very loving and sweet with human caregivers and especially children. He just loves little ones and his playful nature really comes out when they visit. He would be an amazing family dog and is just waiting for a chance to work his way into your heart!

We estimate that Chopper will be approximately 50-60 lbs as an adult. He is currently fostered in Mariposa County.

Meet Ozzie. He just arrived from a shelter in the Central Valley. Ozzie is likely a Corgi mix. He’s got short legs that are somewhat bow legged. Ozzie is very friendly including with young children. He also gets along with other dogs and was tested with cats and paid no attention to them.

Ozzie will follow you around very well without a leash. He’s crate trained and potty trained. Ozzie is gettin his second dapp vaccine and first lepto tomorrow along with microchip and heartworm test.

Ozzie seems to have low to medium energy and should be content to bask in the sun on good weather days while you sit on the patio reading a good book.

Ozzie weighs about 23 lbs, is already neutered and is ready for adoption now.

AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD, EMMA, NEEDS A FOREVER HOME: Our beautiful Australian Shepherd, who is 5 years old, needs to find the perfect new home. We are heartbroken to put her up for adoption as we have raised her and her litter mate brother since they were puppies.
We brought them into our home with our three other small dogs. They have all enjoyed sleeping and playing together for the past 5 years. Emma has been showered with constant love and
affection all of her life. We have all her medical records, she is microchipped and has had excellent health care. Emma is rambunctious and high energy. She loves playing fetch and is eager to work and please. Unfortunately, we recently had an incident where Emma injured one of our small dogs
which is why we have to make this heart-wrenching decision. We cannot risk having this
happen again. We love all of our dogs equally, and it is best if Emma finds a home that does not have small dogs or small children.We need to find the right home as quickly as possible. The new owner must have the right environment and be able to meet her needs. Ideally, she needs a wide open fenced in yard and an owner willing and able to spend plenty of time with her and shower her with the love she has always received.We are in San Mateo but willing to cover transportation costs and do whatever it takes to facilitate the transition to the ideal home wherever it may be.
I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken over having to give her up 💔 Please share this post or reach out to anyone you think may be able to provide Emma with the home she deserves🙏

Good Sunday morning! Who’d like a short stack? No, not pancakes…just little ol’ me, Echo! My mama is an English Cocker Spaniel and I’ve got her shorter legs. I’m not going to get much taller than knee level most likely. I’m in need of a home and love. I’m a really good boy and I’m smart as a whip. As you can see, I enjoy this human kid too.
