我哋要宣布佢嘅增肥計劃成功咗50% ☺️
有2.45 Kg!!! 8月9日時，佢體重只有2.085Kg 🥹

Rush情況未算好穩定，同好多貓貓相比仍然好瘦，體重上上落落，暫時我哋嘅目標係3Kg，哩咗哩個重量先可以叫放心啲，做我相信一定得💪🏻

另外Rush 眼仔附近嘅傷口開始好返，佢好快就會變成一個人見人愛、車見車載嘅型男 🤤

🐱 Joan 係我哋Gold-D Family拯救返嚟嘅貓咪，佢患有腫瘤同埋顎裂。
🐱 Joan Cancer 屬於第一期癌症，幸運地發現得早，擴散之前被切除。但Joan 仲好後生，年紀好細，癌症係好大可能會復發，現時佢需要每六個月進行body check 一次（預防勝於治療🧡 ）

🐱 Joan 曾樓由高處墜落😢 我哋無人知道點解佢會跌落街。哩一跌令到佢腭裂，隨著時間腭裂傷口逐漸擴大。
腭裂手術後，🐱 Joan 需要插鼻管餵食。
🐱 Joan 最愛Gold-D 雞肉mousse 罐罐，哩款罐罐可以透過導管餵食，更重要係不含卡拉膠（Carrageenan），卡拉膠會引起貓咪發炎，仲會增加罹患癌症風險 🦠

上年，一個「救援」團體帶Joe Joe 去睇獸醫，並且想將佢安樂死💉 ，獸醫聯絡我哋，問我們會唔會可以收養佢，自此Joe Joe 就成為Gold-D Family 嘅其中一位重要成員🧡

話咁快就一年 ，時間過得好快😚

對我們嚟講，「救援工作」是拯救生命
並且要義無反顧盡力令到動物康復。
我哋要救佢，令到佢哋可以重新出發。
我哋係無權利結束佢哋嘅生命。

Gold-D 雞肉mousse ，係🐱Joan嘅最愛 🧡
香嫩幼滑嘅質地，最緊要係唔會堵塞針筒或者餵食喉。

🐱 Joan 係Gold-D大家庭其中一位成員，因為癌症嘅關係需要切除雙耳，但無論佢嘅外貌變成點，佢都會係我哋其中一位又靚又可愛嘅成員😚

Carrageenan 有機會誘發炎症並增加癌症風險。

🔸 Gold -D 小故事分享 🔸
🐱Sammy 係一隻跌親而令盆骨跌斷嘅貓咪。Gold-D 大家庭救咗佢後立刻送去睇醫生，因為傷勢嚴重醫生要為佢緊急做手術。
出院後Sammy 需要困籠休息，以免因為郁動令到佢嘅傷勢惡化，Sammy 唔識得講人類嘅說話，但我知道佢手術後每一日都好痛。
🐶狗狗哥哥Dillion ，每一日都響Sammy 身陪伴著佢，佢哋之間冇太多嘅說話，但我知道Dillion 係用心鼓勵緊佢。
🧡「 陪伴就係最好嘅止痛藥。」

可惜，Dillion 其後患上神經問題，令到佢唔可以再企起身😔 唔可以再好似其他狗狗一樣出街玩，放電，甚至佢已經控制唔到自己嘅四隻腳仔。為咗可以舒緩Dillion嘅情緒同病情，Gold-D 大家庭利用輪椅同佢去街街曬太陽，利用藥物水療去減低神經退化嘅速度，盡量令佢唔好咁痛。
🧡我哋未能控制命運，但可以製造快樂來源。

其間，Sammy 亦一直留響Dillion 身邊，Sammy 同我哋一樣，希望Dillion 知道大家都愛佢，好愛好愛佢，直到最後Dillion 離開。

救援工作從來都係充滿壓力，令人沮喪，甚至會令人有無數次放棄嘅念頭。
但好多時堅持落去，睇到佢哋活得更好，所有一切都係值得！

大家有冇諗過Gold-D呢個品牌係點誕生 🧡
😆 其實呢一個係一個好即興又瘋狂嘅故事。

🐱Gold-D 係一隻被遺棄嘅貓貓，其後由我哋品牌創辦人Mr.Chan 收養。Gold-D 同另一隻被人嚴重虐待嘅貓咪 Ken Ken 亦係Mr.Chan 收養嘅第一批 FIV+ 貓貓。仲記得收養 Gold-D 時候，佢病得很重，獸醫擔心他會患上癌症。Gold-D當時身體太虛弱，醫生希望先盡力幫Gold-D增加體重再作更多檢查。 Mr.Chan 擔心濕食嘅罐罐會含有卡拉膠，呢一個成份會令到Gold-D增加癌症嘅風險。然而好多寵物食品係唔需要列明卡拉膠嘅成份，響唔肯定嘅情況下，出於為Gold-D嘅健康，Mr.Chan 決定研發一系列不含卡拉膠、適合貓咪，為貓咪健康出發又符合貓哋口味嘅主食食品。
哩系列咁重要嘅食品，我哋將品牌命名為 Gold-D！🐾

市面上，好多貓咪食品為吸引更多嘅眼球，包裝都設計得好靚。Gold-D 有別於其他品牌，我哋產品上邊嘅Meow模（貓模特兒）都係以曾被遺棄或虐待，但已成功尋家嘅貓咪為模特兒，每一隻都會有屬於佢哋自己嘅故事，希望藉著哩個方法可以宣揚「領養代替購買」嘅理念🧡

Rabbit , 佢係Gold-D嘅CEO ！
一聽就知佢高薪厚職，個個月幾十個罐罐上落😆
但其實佢曾經差啲被人安樂死 💉
Rabbit 被救起嘅時候病得好嚴重，同時被驗出有FIV (貓愛滋病），Gold-D大家庭決定收養佢，經過悉心嘅照顧佢已經康復（當然FIV問題係不可能根治）但至少佢情況穩定，已成為一隻快樂嘅Big Boss!😎

好多人聽到貓愛滋（FIV)會敬而遠之，但我哋反對鎮壓FIV嘅貓咪，哩個病並唔可怕，只要照顧得好，佢哋可以生存好耐，佢哋值得有個家，亦都值得被愛，唔應該抹煞佢哋生存嘅機會🧡

Happy birthday Tamasan! We are so happy to celebrate her 12th birthday. Nine years ago, she was thrown out on the street and was so stressed and hungry. Our friend rescued her, and we adopted her. Since that day, she has become a very sweet, loving, and caring cat. We are so happy to celebrate her birthday today.

This is Sawyer T. Rabbit, our cat CEO.
Rabbit is FIV+ and a community cat. In 2019, he was found by a rescue group and they wanted to put him down because they felt he looked very sick and dying. We are against convenience euthanasia so we adopted him. It took a while before he warmed up to us and he bloom into a very adorable, happy and healthy cat.
Today, we are so happy to celebrate his 13 birthday. We got him a longevity peach, a traditional Chinese birthday pastry used for grandparents.

Oh we got news that Rabbit's documentary got an honorable mention for the poster design.
This is a documentary that tells Rabbit's story from the street to our home and we want his story to show that FIV+ enjoy good quality happy lives.

Today is Uncle Rob's birthday. He would have been 21yo.
Uncle Rob is the cat on the Gold-D senior wet food.
Uncle Rob was taken to a vet to be put down. Their reason? He is smelly! Luckily the vet refused and we tried to rehome. When there was no response, we adopted him.
Uncle Rob lived happily with his new siblings for 3 years before he passed away in 2021.
We still think of him and miss him alot. In loving memory of Uncle Rob.

In Nov 2018, Uncle Rob's ex-owners wanted to euthanize him and the reason was, he is "smelly". To save Uncle Rob, we adopted him.We enjoyed 3 very happy year...

9 years ago today, we adopted Rahula from the street. He was our first FeLV+ cat. He was in a very bad condition, and we were warned he may go anytime. We managed to recuperate him and he even put on weight. He became this very happy and affectionate cat. Later he developed cancer and passed away peacefully.
We remember and honor him by rescuing other FeLV cats in his memory. In 2020, we started the FeLV Sanctuary and named it after Rahula. To date, we have rescued/adopted 28 FeLV+ cats.
