🍂Brrr, it's colder and wetter, but before you reach for the rugs have a look at our guide to rugging your horses and ponies.

It is easy to think that because we are feeling colder, that our horses are cold too, when in fact they may well be fine.

This handy guide can be used to work out what rugs you might want to use.

ℹOf course, this is only a guide, all horses should be treated as individuals and using common sense is the best tool of all. Horses who are older, or struggling to maintain weight need support by keeping warm and require an extra layer.

🐴Don’t forget being a bit chilly is natures way of helping our chubbier horses and ponies to lose a few pounds...

If you need any advice we are here to help.
