Our Ellie said to heck with vestibular disease and kicked it to the curb!! LOL! :D We are thrilled her recovery has been so quick and complete. Says a lot about her determination and love of life! Ellie is available for adoption. She's about 13 years old, enjoys the company of other dogs, and loves people.

Update on sweet Ellie: Her bloodwork is pretty good for an almost 13 year old lady. :) She has a partially torn cruciate ligament in her right rear leg. Poor girl is quite arthritic in her back, hips and knees. The mass at the base of her tail is not operable because of the location. There would not be a way to close up the site, so a tail amputation would be the alternative. It's benign, so not a real concern at this point. She has a skin infection and a UTI. Also, her X-rays showed pellets along her body indicating she had been shot at some point in her life. 😞 The good news is Ellie is happy, waggy, safe, and loved. She's getting everything she needs and life is good for her now. ❤️
